Black Women in Post-Production

I create designs for Black Women in Post-Production (BWIPP), promoting the network’s training, events and industry insights.

My outreach with BWIPP has included; co-hosting an International Women’s Day event (a collab with Edit Girls) and speaking at events for The US Charitable Trust.

Supporting a network providing opportunites for Black women and non-binary creatives in Film & TV is incredibly fulfilling and has shown me how design can amplify voices and contribute towards positive change.

Process: Brief → Research → Design → Feedback → Iteration → Deliver

  • Ray brings such a brilliant mix of energy and focus to everything she does. At BWIPP, she’s the kind of person who makes a room feel lighter just by being in it, while also keeping projects running smoothly and efficiently. Working with her on talks and events has been both inspiring and a lot of fun.
